Information on Meeting Locations at Kansai International Airport

Please find below information regarding the meeting location on the day of your flight.

Meeting Place

Meeting Point: Arrival Lobby, Terminal【1】— 1st Floor Arrivals Lobby, in front of the photo spot

Our staff will be waiting for you at the photo spot in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

Our staff will be waiting for you with the information board shown above.

Upon arrival, please meet our staff at the meeting point listed above.
Confirmation of Name and Reservation Details
Follow the staff’s directions to the designated parking area for special-use vehicles
You will be transported to the heliport in a dedicated vehicle.
*You will be asked to fill out the passenger manifest during the trip.
After arriving at the heliport, undergo security screening, board the aircraft → take off

If there are any changes to your arrival time—such as a delay or cancellation of your flight—please contact the emergency contact number below immediately.
There are weight restrictions for checked baggage. Please review the information we sent you in advance for details.
We will wait for 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Please note that if you do not arrive within 20 minutes, you will be rebooked onto the next available flight.
The meeting place may change. In that case, we will contact you at the cell phone number you provided when you registered.
